The Russian society today is in impasse. Defeat of communistic totalitarian system, disintegration of the USSR, pragmatic treachery of recent friends across the East Europe and some former union republics, fifteen years of economic and political shocks has put Russia on a side of disintegration and destruction. Blind copying of the western political technologies has led to a collapse of liberal - democratic parties, loss of influence of the left movement and occurrence of the monotonous - obedient centrist majority. The right parties, it is naive or under the order imitating the western teachers and receiving money from the Russian oligarchs and foreign sponsors, have lost the way in three pin tree and have not justified assigned on them people of hope. The left movement, having tasted fruits of freedom and the market, reference points have lost and have not created a modern ideological platform. Centrist parties, having incorporated the best staff of bureaucracy, have instinctively formed system of Soviet times that it be not become even worse, thus, having played a positive role and having stabilized a situation in Russia. Following to criminal recipes of the western economists and experts has planted Russia on an oil and gas needle, having made a raw appendage of more advanced countries. All attempts to be integrated into system of the western democracies result in easing Russia, and constant concessions and political defeats play on a hand to narrow circles of the West dreaming of smashing of Russia on tens of the dwarfish states with necessity of the long historical period on becoming and development.
Unique achievement and success of last years in Russia is freedom, freedom and freedom what defective or insufficient it was not. People and the State have to the full felt vivifying influence of new conditions when even simple people are restrained with difficulties of material existence, but thus realizing the spiritual independence.
We are convinced: only freedom in its pure and photogenic kind conceived by primogenitors of modern democracies of Greece, France and America, will deduce Russia political and economic stagnation. Russia, contrary to inevitable smiles on the part of the satiated West and the certain internal resistance, should become the most free power of the world open and the friendly Earth for all citizens, and not just Russians. Freedom should be not only personal and political, but also economic.
If Russia cannot be arranged under surrounding validity alternative will be democratic and civilized change of the world.

Foreign policy problems of Russia should be corrected by radical image. Russia should proclaim the Islamic world the natural ally, and Moslems of all world the brothers and sisters. It is necessary to establish open and allied attitudes with all southern neighbors, since Turkey and finishing Japan and Southeast Asia. Our overall objective - construction of a society of free business with strong public sector of economy in key economic branches and social protection of deprived layers of the population. This purpose can be achieved by wide liberalization economic, financial and tax spheres.
Economic liberalization should be combined with introduction of the natural rent on a source of raw materials, nationalization of the most effective and profitable enterprises privatized in the recent past, by the repayment at the proprietor and issue of the State Bonds for this purpose. Strengthening of public sector of economy in key economic branches of a facilities, such as the defensive industry, power, aircraft, astronautics, heavy mechanical engineering and shipbuilding. It is necessary for Russia to recognize, that any new construction of the huge enterprises practically in any sphere of economy is beforehand unprofitable in connection with presence of huge charges on heat and power supply and ecological factors. Concentration of efforts of the state on creation of the high technology manufactures and technologies, development of water-power engineering, atomic power stations, creation by 2015-2020 of industrial samples of power stations on thermonuclear synthesis. Formation of the international consortia on development of near and far space. Stimulation of researches on development of gravitation, creation of new principles of movement in space and to construction of the ships on development of interstellar space. Transformation of Russia into the world center free tax businesses with obligatory attraction of local population for work in again created firms and the enterprises.
Liberalization of financial sector of economy it should be accompanied by creation of optimum conditions for development of bank and insurance sector. Decrease in discount rates of crediting, leaving from the orientation imposed from the outside to the western currencies such as dollar or the European currency. Full convertibility of ruble. Formation of public opinion, as in the country, and abroad, about necessity to store the savings in rubles and warranting of safety of contributions by all actives and resources of the state. A recognition before the population of the internal debt, re-structuring of this debt by release of the State Obligations with guarantees of repayment in the foreseeable future.
Liberalization of tax sphere should include reduction in taxes for all legal and physical persons up to 10 %. A reduction in tax for the added cost up to 10 %. Introduction of the uniform tax to import / export of the capital at a rate of 10 % for legal and physical persons without dependence from citizenship and a place of legal registration. Full tax exemption on profit of the companies which are carrying out the activity outside Russia. It is necessary for state to realize that fact, that any excessive restrictions on business with ease are overcome by our businessmen and citizens by leaving in a gray zone.
Liberalization of economy as a whole will allow to leave from a shadow of the most part of the Russian business, will involve in treasury of hundred billions dollars of the additional and stable receipts including losses on clean and flowing off of capital, bribes and evasion from payment of taxes. The state should recognize necessity of maintenance of citizens of Russia as the annual maintenance in size not less than 50 000 rubles on each person, without dependence from age and capacity, or 7,5 billion rubles one year as a whole. Liberalization of economy and an establishment of a good-neighborhood with East neighbors of Russia will give a powerful pulse to development of Siberia and the Far East. Attraction on a commercial basis of workers and investments from China, Southern and Northern Korea, Japan will change our east regions, scientifically will fill up the budget of the country for long years, will solve a problem of probable future threats, will secure our limits, will establish the world and prosperity on extensive open spaces of Russia.
