Dear compatriots!

The organizing committee of the Party of Orthodox Democracy for realization of problems of the Constituent Assembly has organized in Moscow Independent Noncommercial Organization (INO) "Organizing Committee of the Party of Orthodox Democracy" or, the firm name, INO "People's Chamber". The created organization has the status of not state social movement having the right to create branches and branches not only in all regions of the Russian Federation, but also abroad, in any country of the world.

About the state registration of the legal person the Certificate behind number a Series 77 № 006850412 from June 29, 2004 inter district inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of Russia № 46 across Moscow is given.

INO "People's Chamber" sets as the basic purpose carrying out till May 16, 2005 of Constituent Congress of Orthodox Democracy. For realization of this problem regional branches INO "People's Chamber" in all subjects of the Russian Federation (RF) will open. Besides branches and branches will be created in all regions of the country, villages, settlements and cities. On the basis of the created branches and the organizations Constituent Conferences of the Party of Orthodox Democracy, which will select deputies of Constituent Congress will be lead.

Second primary goal INO "People's Chamber" is formation of public opinion. "People's Chambers" should become the permanent not state organizations which can react to any wishes or requests of citizens, to represent their interests in questions at issue with local state structures of authority, political parties, movements, to provide an independent expert appraisal of the major statutory acts of a local and all-Russian level. Gathering and the analysis of the information on places will allow to form public opinion not only within the framework of regions, but also all country.

Conductor of such public opinion in imperious institutes it becomes direct the Party of Orthodox Democracy, its deputies of local authorities, Advice of Federations and the State Duma of the RF.

"People's Chambers" will open and outside territory of the Russian Federation. Branches will promote formation of positive public opinion about Russia, Freedom and Democracy at us in the country, protection of the rights of our compatriots abroad, and also become base of creation in these countries of local Parties of Orthodox Democracy.

For realization of these grandiose plans active co-operation with representatives of regions Russian Federations or citizens of foreign countries is necessary.
