Formation of Institutes of the Government of Holy Russia is the State Duma, the Cabinet, the Supreme Court and the Central Bank has proceeded.

Within the framework of formation of bodies of the Government of Holy Russia – Third Rome Sovereign Emperor Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev appoints Chairman and deputies of the Boyar Duma.

Chairman of the Boyar Duma became Prince of Ural Igor Alekseevich Zyatev. The Boyar Duma included 22 deputies is Princes, Princesses and Dukes of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich. The structure of the Boyar Duma can be seen under the link:
