The Title Count (Graf) of the Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich to Harry–Eric Hesse von Hessenstein is appropriated. The Highest Decree Viscountess Anna Su-Yin Wang is appointed by the Economics Ambassador of Holy Russia in Singapore with the purpose of an establishment of economic and friendly attitudes between Singapore and Holy Russia. The Highest Decree the Roman citizen Baron Teodor Svetozar Mrksic is appointed by the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Holy Russia in Republic of Serbia with the purpose of an establishment of diplomatic and friendly attitudes between Republic of Serbia and Holy Russia. The Highest Decree grants Title Count (Graf) of Russian Imperial House of Rurikovich to the Graf Harry–Eric Hesse von Hessenstein.
