The first Plenipotentiary Ambassadors of Holy Russia in some regions of the world are appointed: Count Andreas Stephan von Wagner became the Ambassador in Germany, Count Glenn Anung Hole and Countess Anastasia Solomonova Hole – in Kingdom Norway, Prince Claudio Marcio Lucena da Silva – in Brazil, Grand Prince Javier Otto Gold Ferrari – in Peru and South America and Count Mikhailo Aleksandrovich Krejany – in the Commonwealth of Australia.

Today we officially declare the beginning of formation of the corps of the Ambassadors Plenipotentiary and Consuls of the new subject of international law – the confederative State Holy Russia – Third Rome. Duties of Ambassadors and Consuls include preparation and signing of agreements on an establishment of diplomatic and friendly attitudes of Holy Russia with the various states, subjects and regions of the world.
